Phase 2: Implementing the Test Automation Framework
The second phase focuses on initiating development and integration of the test automation framework. We integrate the framework into the existing process followed by development and testing teams. Throughout this phase, constant communication is maintained. Each test is built to run independently and in parallel, creating and cleaning up its own data to reduce flakes and prevent collisions, mimicking real user behavior.
Phase 3: Maintaining, Expanding, and Delivering Value
The final phase is an ongoing process of maintenance, improvement, and value delivery. This includes continuous testing, maintenance, and improvement of the test automation framework, as well as regular reviews.
